FTREIT Becoming a Constituent of the FTSE Global Equity Index

Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited or “FIRM”, the manager of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT or “FTREIT” announced that FTREIT is included in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (FTSE GEIS) in its latest March 2020 semi-annual review, effective on 23 March 2020. FTSE GEIS is a stock market index that covers over 17,000 securities across 49 countries. It is calculated and published by FTSE Russell, a global provider of stock market indices.

Mr. Peerapat Srisukont, Managing Director of FIRM, said, “We are delighted to see FTREIT listed in the FTSE GEIS. This marks a significant milestone in FTREIT’s growth journey. Currently, FTREIT’s assets under management consists of 578 units of factories and warehouses, representing an area of 1.76 million sq.m., all located in strategic areas for industrial and logistics sectors of Thailand in Ayuthaya, Pathumthani, Samut Prakan, and provinces in the Eastern Economic Corridor. FTREIT’s status as the largest industrial and logistics REIT in Thailand with total assets value of 39,182.79 million Baht.
